Tramp Vintage in Brighton are a fantastic place to source wonderful, vibrant, vintage clothes and accessories to chase away boring wardrobe days, whatever the weather! With an emphasis on quality and varied items which can be worked into both a purist and a mixed-era wardrobe, they are sure to have something to please:
“Tramp vintage boutique specialises in rare and beautiful vintage clothes and accessories from the 1920s to the 1980s. We are situated in the eclectic North Laines area of Brighton, just down from the station on Trafalgar Street.... Fashion always looks at its past for inspiration but since July 2010 Tramp has been looking the other way around - eyeing the catwalks for current trends and finding the equivalent pieces, unadulterated by the 21st century. Its not designer-led, rather what fits for the current season with an emphasis on colour, style, shape, fit and material.”

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteHi Perdita! Although it's a lovely bag I'm international and not sure if this is open to us sunburnt Aussies! Also thanks for your thoughtful opinions on our nail art post - I was hoping someone like you would read it - I like why you prefer nail art.... a good 'in ya face' to the snooty types (we have plenty of them around here in Sydney let me tell you). For you there sounds like it's a reason - not just a trend. My gripe is with all the trend-following slaves who post about their amazing nail art and invite comments on how amazingly cool it is, when all it is is just that - a following of a trend that they themselves don't necessarily think is good. They've got no reason at all to do it apart from making a blog post out of it. There.... I just slid of my soapbox... must of been the residue of nail art acrylic left on it from when I too once followed the crowd. Dang crowd.
